Trip to A&E

I woke up crying and in a lot of pain. My neck was hurting. A lot. We ended up going to the hospital and they told me my muscle had gone into spasm. Whatever that means. All I know is that it hurts. A lot. I have to put heat and ice on it and move it as much as possible.
